Delete your Paperstride account.

You can delete your account directly in the app.

1. Sign in to Paperstride.
2. Open Settings.
3. Use Export my data if you want a copy.
4. Choose Delete account and confirm.

What is removed?

Your private planner data, sign-in identities, active sessions and calendar connections are removed. Shared Paperstride contributions remain without your profile. If you own a Family, its planner is archived and remains view only for its other members.

Cancel your subscription separately

Account deletion does not cancel App Store billing. Open Apple Settings and choose your subscriptions to cancel. If you only want to stop paying, cancellation does not require deleting your account.

Can’t access the app?

Reinstall Paperstride and use your original Apple, Google or email sign-in. Email sign-in uses a one-time code. If you are unable to recover access, email support@paperstride.com from a verified address on your account. We will confirm ownership before handling an account-deletion request.
