Accounts and plans

Paperstride requires an account and paid access to create, edit and sync planner content. Solo is for one person on all their supported devices. Family includes up to six accounts including its owner, with a shared planner and separate Personal planners. A seven-day trial is available when your store confirms eligibility.

Store billing

The store shows your localized price, billing period, trial eligibility and renewal terms before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription through the store where you subscribed. Cancellation normally preserves access through the verified paid term. Store rules determine plan-change dates and refund eligibility. Deleting a Paperstride account or joining another Family does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or yearly period unless cancelled under Apple's subscription rules. An eligible trial becomes the subscription shown at checkout when the trial ends. Cancel in Apple Settings before the applicable renewal deadline to prevent the next charge. A change of plan does not create another introductory trial. Family sharing in Paperstride is managed through separate invited accounts; it is not Apple's purchase-sharing feature.

Shared content

Share only content and calendars you are entitled to share. Everyone in a Family can edit shared Paperstride tasks and events. Imported calendars are view only. Calendar imports and offline devices can be out of date; check the original calendar when timing is critical.

After access ends

Existing content remains available to view and export. Creating, editing, ongoing sync and calendar refresh require active access. The Family owner can remove members; removed members lose shared access and retain their own Personal planner.

Support and your rights

Keep your sign-in credentials private and use a separate account for each Family member. You retain your rights to content you add and allow us to store and process it to provide your planner and the sharing you choose. You can export your data and delete your account in Settings. Contact support if access or billing does not work as expected. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to digital services.
